What you will be doing:  

• Manage all daily administration tasks as a key contact for the Production Overburden team
• Maintain registers, provide accurate record keeping and produce reports as required  
• Process contractor timesheets and purchase orders in a timely manner
• Working collaboratively with other site administrators
• Coordinate on-boarding of new starters including accommodation bookings and uniform orders
  
  What you’ll bring:
  
  
• Proven administration experience within the mining industry with qualifications in Business Administration highly regarded 
• Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders 
• The ability to work with Microsoft suite, SAP and other industry related computer packages such as Corvus and SAMS
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with a positive attitude and able to adapt quickly to your work environment  
• Current driver’s license
