About the Role
 

Whitehaven Coal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Blackwater People & Culture team. This is a 12-month max term, part time role, offering 25 hours per week 5 hours per day Monday to Friday. The position will be based on site reporting to the Superintendent People & Culture. 

 

What You’ll Do
 

You will provide administrative support to the Blackwater People & Culture team. This role will collaborate closely with P&C, Payroll, IT and Blackwater employees to ensure administrative P&C tasks are completed in a timely manner.

 

What You’ll Bring
 

To be successful in the role you will:
 

  • Prior experience in P&C Administration, or 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in a role where a high level of confidentiality is required
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors and SAP (Purchasing)
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in full range of Microsoft programs
  • Professional ‘positive’ attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
