About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Superintendent HR, this role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being embedded in the operation, partnering with leaders, and influencing outcomes that drive both people and business performance.
This site-based role will see you building relationships with crews and leaders, providing practical advice, coaching, and support across a broad range of HR, employee relations, and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver practical and commercially focused HR solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Lead investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, site procedures, and company policies.
About You
- You are a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and influencing positive outcomes.
- Experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Advisor role, preferably on site in Mining industry (highly regarded).
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and experience managing complex people matters.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and sound commercial judgement.
- The ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant HR qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- A preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Blackwater region (not essential).
