About the Role:
As a Field Maintenance Supervisor | Hydraulics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our mining equipment and infrastructure. You will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, coordinate maintenance schedules, and collaborate with operations to optimise performance.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the Blackwater Mine site
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Plan and prioritise maintenance work to minimise downtime
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimise equipment performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision within the mining or heavy industry sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sound knowledge and maintenance practices of CAT, Liebherr and Komatsu Excavators
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience
