About this position


As the People and Culture Officer you will be responsible for general administration tasks such as raising purchase orders, processing reimbursements, writing letters and providing excellent customer service to the site. You will be a valued member of an experienced and supportive team of P&C professionals offering a fantastic opportunity to develop professionally. Working on one of the largest open cut coal mines in QLD will ensure you are exposed to a variety of P&C related tasks to kick start your career.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work autonomously
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
