Site Administrator – CHPP Maintenance

Blackwater Mine | Whitehaven Coal | Monday to Friday

Whitehaven is seeking a motivated Site Administrator to support CHPP (Wash Plant) Maintenance at the Blackwater Mine. 
This Monday to Friday role is a key support function within the CHPP, providing high-quality administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day running of site Maintenance activities. |

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support to the CHPP Maintenance team
  • Manage site documentation, data entry, reporting, and record keeping
  • Coordinate rosters, timesheets, training records, and site access requirements
  • Assist with procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice processing
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation of employees and contractors
  • Maintain compliance with site systems, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CHPP, site services, and corporate teams

 

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a site administration or similar role (mining or heavy industry desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using site-based systems and Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a strong safety mindset
