Make a difference in the future of sustainable mining? Whitehaven Blackwater Mine is seeking a dedicated Superintendent of Rehabilitation Execution to lead our environmental and land reclamation efforts. As the Superintendent of Rehabilitation Execution, you will oversee and coordinate all rehabilitation activities at Blackwater Mine, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and company policies. Your leadership will be key in restoring and preserving the land, promoting sustainable practices, and supporting Whitehaven’s commitment to responsible mining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage rehabilitation programs from planning to execution
• Collaborate with environmental teams to develop and implement reclamation strategies
• Ensure all rehabilitation activities meet regulatory requirements and environmental standards
• Monitor progress, report on outcomes, and improve rehabilitation processes
• Engage with stakeholders and community partners to promote transparent and sustainable practices
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in mining rehabilitation or environmental management
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in land reclamation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
