Term:
- This is a 12 month 'Fixed Term' position
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of site systems and process controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across the operation.
- Optimise operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for site systems improvements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to site personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in OH&S or a related field are preferred; in additonal Legal Qualifications highly desirable / advantageous
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the mining or relevant industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of site systems, process control, and safety management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
