Term:
 

• This is a 12 month 'Fixed Term' position

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of site systems and process controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across the operation.
• Optimise operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for site systems improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to site personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in OH&S or a related field are preferred; in additonal Legal Qualifications highly desirable / advantageous
  
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the mining or relevant industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of site systems, process control, and safety management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
