About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team

• Operate on Lifestyle Roster Day / Night.
• This leadership role focuses on strengthening maintenance execution
• Provide consistent operational support and develop the supervisory team.
• Drive safe, efficient maintenance outcomes across planned and breakdown maintenance.
• Support workforce development.
• Ensuring consistent work management across all crews.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and assist improvement planning, help to standardise processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of the operation.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor, coach, and develop supervisors.
• Experience managing both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Sound knowledge of maintenance planning and work management systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
• Collaborative approach promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to improve planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution.
• A commitment to safety, operational excellence, and building a high-performing team culture.
