About the Role:

Whitehaven has an exciting opportunity for an Officer - Accommodation and Flights to join our People Logistics team. Based in Brisbane, the role will provide coordination and customer service for accommodation, flights and bussing supporting our mining operations. This is a Monday to Friday position with an on-call requirement every four weeks, with minimal after-hours activity typically expected. Occasional site travel may also be required.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate flights, bussing and accommodation bookings across a designated portfolio, supporting the Supervisor and wider business.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to short-term and medium-term planning, identifying service requirements and operational risks.
• Ensure quality control standards and established processes are consistently followed.
• Manage transport and accommodation disruptions, minimising operational impacts.
• Support continuous improvement through effective processes, training and collaboration across the team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with INX SAM Suite (SAM and Workflow) and Uplift platform is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to managing unplanned events.
