Superintendent Asset Performance and Assurance

Superintendent Asset Performance & Assurance plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that equipment and facilities are reliable, safe for use and meeting minimum levels of expected performance

What you will do:

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of physical assets, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Collect and analyse data on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and downtime to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance strategies and operations.
• Evaluate and implement maintenance management systems or software to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies as it relates to asset management
• Develop and implement an asset management maturity audit system and annual calendar
• Develop and implement operational benchmarking tools and report on performance,
• Identify potential risks related to asset performance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with OEM’s to ensure operational needs are met and performance of assets meets expected levels

What you will Need:

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering and management or an appropriate discipline and / or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrable skills and experience with strategic asset management and implementation of leading practice
• Drivers Licence – Class C
