About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Autonomous Mine Control team as a Controller/Builder. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique mining environment where continuous improvement and innovation are at the forefront. In this role, you'll collaborate with site teams to help achieve key safety and production targets by enabling the effective operation of our autonomous truck fleet.

You will be responsible for executing the daily plan while optimising the performance of the autonomous haulage system. You’ll drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with operational schedules, and seek out opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

What you’ll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and optimise the CAT Minestar Command Autonomous Haulage System.
• Troubleshoot production challenges to support safety and production objectives.
• Maintain and enhance the virtual mine model, ensuring road networks are current to optimise travel time and fleet productivity.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and team members to foster strong working relationships.
• Identify and implement improvements to systems and operational processes for ongoing optimisation of the autonomous fleet.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in Autonomous Mine Control or as an AHS Builder and/or Controller.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CAT Minestar Command.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to perform in high-pressure environments while effectively managing competing priorities.
