About The Role:

The Electrical Coordinator plays a vital role within Daunia’s Infrastructure team, supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of High Voltage (HV) electrical systems. This position is focused on maintaining a high standard of HV electrical compliance while driving continuous improvement across our electrical assets and processes.

 

You will help deliver departmental objectives by coordinating activities, supporting technical initiatives, and ensuring regulatory and safety standards are consistently met. You will also provide EEM delegate cover during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of leadership, oversight, and decision-making within the team.

 

Please note, this is a site-based position working a 4on/3off Monday to Thursday roster.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive HV compliance and safety by reviewing critical and statutory work, ensuring correct permits, safe repair execution, and up-to-date switching sheets and drawings.
  • Lead and coordinate HV maintenance activities, including shovel cable management, vendor liaison, work order coordination, and outage planning (CHPP and SV501).
  • Strengthen reliability and performance by analysing electrical downtime events, implementing corrective actions, and partnering with the Reliability team on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee change and asset management, supporting MOCs, maintaining lifecycle programs, ensuring equipment remains fit for purpose, and contributing to shutdown scopes and technical specifications.
  • Provide operational continuity and leadership support, including EEM delegate cover during periods of leave.

  

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
  • A recognised Electrical Trade Certificate, with a Bachelor’s Degree highly regarded.
  • EEM qualification, or the ability and willingness to obtain it.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure maintenance (highly desirable).
  • Experience in process plant maintenance environments (highly desirable).
