About The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join the team at Daunia. Reporting to the Superintendent Engineering & Technology, you’ll play a key role in delivering advanced IT support to ensure reliable, high-performing on-site operations. In this role, you’ll maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the integration of IT and OT systems in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team where safety, innovation, and excellence drive everything we do.

This is a site-based position working a 4on/3off Monday to Thursday roster.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, networking, and remote access issues, resolving tickets within defined KPIs via Fresh Service.
• Monitor and maintain servers, backups, and data integrity while ensuring compliance with IT policies and local regulations.
• Manage hardware refresh cycles, software deployments, and on-site installation or configuration of new technologies.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global IT teams to align on best practices, share knowledge, and support key projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements, promote user adoption of global applications, and provide basic IT training.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong technical expertise across hardware, software, and networking, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, Unifi, ConnectWise, and Windows Server.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach, equally comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with Cisco switching, SOTI, Power Automate, and Azure; relevant certifications (ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar technical support or IT role.
